A TWENTY-YEAR JOURNEY
My professional path began in the luxury industry. For nearly a decade, I worked internationally, holding management and leadership positions within L’Oréal Luxe and LVMH.
As I grew, I felt the structures around me becoming too narrow to allow me to keep evolving. Leaving was not a rejection. It was a decision rooted in integrity and coherence.
Entrepreneurship became the next chapter.
For more than ten years, my work has evolved through successive cycles: first in Paris, privately coaching senior executives through a practice built entirely by referral; then working more broadly with entrepreneurs and digital creators; and eventually moving beyond existing models to develop an approach of my own.
Each environment taught me something different about people, organizations, relationships, growth and change. And each one refined my ability to perceive what is at play beneath the surface: what creates tension, what no longer fits, and what is ready to evolve.

MY VISION
The way we work, create and live is inseparable from the inner space we act from.
My work is rooted in bringing greater awareness to that inner space: the space from which we perceive, discern, choose, create and relate to what surrounds us.
As our awareness of this space deepens, we become more able to recognize what influences us, what no longer corresponds to us and what feels genuinely coherent.
This is why I do not separate professional and personal dimensions. The same inner space is present in the way we lead a company, make a decision, navigate a relationship or move through a period of change.
Over the years, my professional experience has been accompanied by an extensive exploration of human consciousness, contemplative traditions and the relationship between body and mind. These perspectives inform the way I work and my understanding of inner freedom as a source of clarity and discernment.
For me, resonant work begins here: with greater awareness of the inner space from which it emerges.

I work as an Executive and Trusted Advisor to entrepreneurs, digital creators and senior executives navigating periods of transformation, expansion and decision-making.
Not every meaningful exploration begins with a problem to solve. Some begin with the wish to go deeper, even when nothing needs to be fixed.
My role brings together perspective, strategic insight and transmission, without separating the person from their professional reality.
Twenty years of professional experience allow me to work across the full movement from awareness to integration, and into action, while keeping strategic realities in view.
